Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Radikikk Ecommerce Instagram automation service. By interacting with our Instagram account or placing an order through our DM system, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Description of Service

Radikikk Ecommerce provides an Instagram automation service that:

• Automated comment replies and DMs: Detects trigger keywords in comments or direct messages on our Instagram account and sends automated responses using Meta's official Instagram Graph API.
• Order processing via DM: Guides customers through a conversational DM flow to collect their name, phone number, and shipping address in order to create and fulfil product orders through Shopify.

The service is hosted on Railway and operates in accordance with Meta's Platform Terms and Developer Policies.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country to use Instagram) to interact with our service. By using our service, you represent and warrant that you meet this eligibility requirement. If you are under 18, you should have the consent of a parent or guardian.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use our service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Use the service for any fraudulent, abusive, or harmful purpose.
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorised access to the service or its underlying systems.
• Provide false or misleading information when placing an order (including a false name, address, or phone number).
• Use automated tools or bots to interact with our service in ways not intended for ordinary users.
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.

4. Orders and Payments

Orders placed through our DM-based order flow are subject to product availability. By completing the DM order process, you agree to purchase the specified product at the stated price. Order details are transmitted to Shopify for fulfilment. Payment terms, return policies, and shipping timelines are governed by our Shopify store policies.

5. No Affiliation with Meta / Instagram

Radikikk Ecommerce is an independent application and is not affiliated with, officially connected to, sponsored by, or endorsed by Meta Platforms, Inc. or Instagram. Our service uses Meta's official Instagram Graph API under Meta's Platform Terms, but we are a separate, independent business. "Instagram" and "Meta" are registered trademarks of their respective owners.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and materials associated with Radikikk Ecommerce are the property of Radikikk Ecommerce or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our explicit written permission.

7. Privacy

Our collection and use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using our service, you also consent to our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We make no guarantee regarding the timeliness or accuracy of automated replies.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Radikikk Ecommerce shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising from:

• Your use of, or inability to use, our service.
• Any changes made to the service or its discontinuation.
• Errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in automated replies.
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of your data.
• Any delays in order fulfilment by Shopify or our logistics partners.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Radikikk Ecommerce and its operators from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in connection with your violation of these Terms or misuse of our service.
